Ever since Rashmika Mandanna has marked her entry into Bollywood, she has been stealing limelight for mostly wrong reasons. And she is again in the limelight and this time she has landed in trouble again for a remark which has triggered severe criticism.
According to Rashmika , South films have masala and item dance numbers while Bollywood has romantic songs . During the song launch of the song Rabba Janda from her upcoming movie Mission Majnu ,Rashmika made the statement .
Rashmika Mandanna spoke about Bollywood songs and their influence on her over the years. While praising the bollywood songs she said, “Bollywood romantic songs were a thing. For me, while growing up, romantic songs meant Bollywood numbers. In South, we have mass masala, item numbers and dance numbers. This is my first Bollywood romantic song. I am so excited because it’s so good (sic).”
After this statement , she is now receiving hatred comments from South Fans on social media , South Indian fans are slamming her on Twitter.
Has she heard any south songs before? Does she know who is illayaraja,a r Rahman,DSP, Anirudh and all? If she likes Bollywood let her like, why downgrading other industries..

Bollywood has very good romantic songs it's ok to say that. But saying south has only mass masala numbers is not right at all.
Her own mve Geetha govindam has great songs.

Moreover recently Rashmika Mandanna has landed herself into controversy for disrespecting the production house which launched her. Rashmika was launched by Kantara fame director and actor Rishab Shetty with his first venture as a director in Kirik Party.
Rashmika will be next seen in Bollywood film ,Mission Majnu alongside Sidharth Malhotra. Mission Majnu is set to release on January 19, 2023, directly on Netflix. Both the lead actors are currently busy promoting the film.
