When it comes to take New Year resolutions, people are often seen excited with different resolutions, initially they seems to be committed towards their goal and resolutions but eventually they leave their resolutions in mid-way sometimes even in the first month of the new year.
While there are also some who take up new resolutions every year and completes their resolutions without failing. Its not that people don’t try to remain consistent but somehow a majority of us gets driven towards the distractions and fall prey to it . Ultimately the resolutions remain unfinished untouched.
Recently Anand Mahindra, the chairman of the Mahindra Group and one of the most popular and active businessman on social media platforms shared a post on his twitter handle ,which shows the day wise progress of a fitness routine which initially tends to start with great enthusiasm but within the first week it loses its track. The image shows an exercise routine which is usually the most common new year resolution taken by a majority of people. Many of his followers reacted to his post and commented , while some accepted it to be extremely a true picture depicting reality and some others commented that new year resolutions are bound to be fulfilled by only determined persons.
