In the video, we can see a little girl seated on the seat of a bicycle. The elder brother wants to be sure that she doesn’t fall down from the cycle so he ties her legs to the bar near the handle. He also ensures that her  legs are tied properly before taking her on a ride. In short he takes all the required efforts to protect and prevent  his baby sister from  falling  and injuring herself.
