Assam is saddened by the passing away of popular actor of Assam Kishor Das on Saturday in a Chennai hospital . It’s a great loss to Assamese Film Industry. Das has been featured over 300 music videos. He became more popular through his roles in television shows like “Bidhata and Bandhan” and has also starred in many short movies. He is also known through his great dance Skill and has also participated in many dance reality shows. He had also won the “Candid Young Achievement Award” in the year 2019 and another achievement he won last year “Most popular Actor 2020-2021” in the Asianet Icon Awards.
As per report he was undergoing treatment in Chennai, Tamil Nadu for cancer for a long time. Apart from cancer he was also a victims of coronavirus and died due to Covid-19 complication and piles. Das was from Mirza area of Guwahati. He will be remembered through his work.
