In the pages of history 4th July, 1902 is remembered as the darkest day of Indian history. On this Day the great reformers Swami Vivekananda took his last breath. He was one who introduced Hinduism to his Western audience and spoke about the importance of religious harmony and one of the most significant event of Vivekananda’s life was his groundbreaking speech on religious tolerance that he delivered at the 1893 World’s Parliament of Religions in Chicago.
Although he died at a young age of 39, his teachings and influential quotes has earned him immortality.
