In a recent shocking video a patient’s injured leg was seen wrapped in cardboard by the medical staff of a Primary Health Centre in Roan village of Bhind district in Madhya Pradesh.
A twitter user named Aditya Shashi shared this video on Twitter mentioning that , “There was no system of plastering in the PHC, so the cardboard was tied and referred.”
The medical staff at this PHC in Bhind in Madhya Pradesh wrapped the patient’s foot with cardboard only because there was no Plaster of Paris bandage available to dress the fractured leg with. Later as per reports the patient was then referred to the district hospital for further treatment.”

Well in case of Indian Jugaad , some deserves to be applauded while arrangements like this one in the Primary Health Centre in Madhya Pradesh is not all something to be acceptable.
Earlier also the staff at Government Mata Kaushalya , a district facility in Patiala, Punjab through an announcement asked its patients to to click photos of X-rays on smartphones during X-ray scanning. And patients without smartphones were left unattended.
