The Filmfare OTT Awards was held in Mumbai on Wednesday and Bollywood actor Abhishek Bacchan won the Best Actor at Filmfare OTT Awards 2022.
After witnessing the achievement of Abhishek, Bollywood megastar and proud Daddy Amitabh Bacchan got emotional and shared an appreciation post for his son on Thursday. Big B wrote about how his son Abhishek proved himself as an actor despite being mocked and ridiculed.

Amitabh Bacchan congratulated Abhishek on Twitter and Instagram while recalling the past when Abhishek’s calibre was questioned .
Abhishek Bacchan won the Best Actor award for his performance in Dasvi while his film Dasvi was announced as the Best Film.
Abhishek was most recently seen in Breathe: Into The Shadows Season 2. The series stars Amit Sadh, Nithya Menon, Saiyami Kher among others. As per reports he will be starring in Bholaa .
Dasvi film highlights on Ganga Ram Chaudhary, a corrupt and uneducated politician, who goes to jail due to the efforts of the police and meets the tough cop . But soon after he realizes the value of education and decides to earn his 10th-grade diploma.
While Jailed under a tough cop, the uneducated politician decides to spend his time studying for high school, while his scheming wife has plans of her own. He is helped by the same stubborn cop.
Abhishek Bacchan plays the role of the politician , the tough cop by Yami Gautam , the scheming wife by Nimrat Kaur .
Directed by debutante Tushar Jalota and produced by Dinesh Vijan under his banner Maddock Films in collaboration with Jio Studios banner. Dasvi was released on Netflix this year and was loaded with appreciations by fans and critics as well.
