In the recently held finale of Miss Northeast 2022 Meghalaya’s Irene Dkhar won the Miss Northeast 2022 title.
Meanwhile Eshanee Hatimuria from Assam won the First runners-up and Dyna Jomo from Arunachal Pradesh won the Second runners-up.
Eshanee Hatimuria from Assam also won two other subtitles like – Miss Photogenic and Miss Talent.
Miss Northeast 2022 was held at Capital Cultural Hall, Kohima in Nagaland on Thursday .
A total of 15 contestants from the eight Northeast states participated in the beauty pageant for the title.
According to reports this event was the first Miss Northeast pageant, initiated by the North East Beauty Pageant Organisation and presented by the Beauty and Aesthetic Society of Nagaland (BASN) and sponsored by the Nagaland government.
The winner of the title received a cash prize of Rs 1.5 lakh along with gift hampers.
Meanwhile as per further reports the next edition of the pageant is scheduled to be held in Sikkim.
