According to reports, 42 years old Rishi Sunak was born to an Indian family in the UK’s Southhampton area. Rishi Sunak is the son of a National Health Service (NHS) general practitioner father and a pharmacist mother . The grandparents of Rishi Sunak’s are from Punjab.
Rishi Sunak is an Oxford University and Stanford graduate. He got married to Akshata Murthy, the daughter of Infosys co-founder Narayana Murthy in 2009 and has two daughters, Anoushka and Krishna.
Sunak became a Member of Parliament (MP) in 2015 after he got elected from Richmond, Yorkshire. He took oath as MP on the Bhagavad Gita in the Parliament. He was designated as the Chancellor of the Exchequer, the most important UK Cabinet post in February 2020.
