After “Raazi”, Vicky Kaushal is collaborating with Meghna Gulzar once again for the biopic Sam Bahadur.
Since a very long time the talk of the film has been going on. Recently the makers of the film have unveiled the teaser of the film as they announced the release date with the caption 365 days to go , which means the film will release on 1st dec. 2023.
While Vicky Kaushal had long back in 2019 shared his look from the film but now after the sneak peek from the film got unveiled, his fans are extremely excited to see him again an Army look . The small teaser video shows Vicky dressed in the Indian Army’s uniform and walking amidst Army personnel, who make way for him. Vicky’s face is not visible in the teaser.
The biopic film Sam Bahadur is based on the life and story of Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw, Chief of the Army Staff of the Indian Army during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971 who was fondly known as Sam Bahadur. He was the first Indian Army officer to be promoted to the rank of Field Marshal and his military victory in the 1971 Indo-Pak war led to the creation of Bangladesh.. He is known to be one of India’s greatest war heroes.
The movie is produced by RSVP Movies. The film also stars Sanya Malhotra as Sam Manekshaw’s wife Silloo and Fatima Sana Shaikh as former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
