It is also recommended not to wash hair with hot water as it reduces the natural oils in the scalp, leaving it frizzy.
Experts also suggest people suffering from high blood pressure not to take hot shower as it may increase it even more .
The most important suggestion is to avoid taking showers that are too cold or too hot if you don’t want to harm your health.
