While the world is still dealing with the job crisis affected by the covid pandemic , a woman in China quit her sales job to pursue an unusual job which involves a task of write and drawing encouraging messages for others on sandy beaches.
The woman, with the surname Feng, hails from Sanya in the Hainan region of China and is a mother of two. The woman claims to earn a hefty income from her new unusual job.
According to reports Feng decided to choose this as her career after she saw a random person writing a message in the sand beach. She started doing it herself in her free time and shared photographs of her work online. Initially she wasn’t certain of the work but soon after her unusual work became viral and she got her first booking within a week. She reached a point where she received positive client feedback and she had to decide between her sales career and her drawing on sand beaches.
She decided to quit her sales job to follow a risky yet a flexible job. With this new job she was able to earn more and spend more time with her family. According to SCMP, she said that working an eight-hour day would allow her to make more than 10,000 yuan (Rs 1.2 lakh) each month. “I feel extremely fulfilled and happy when I am able to grant other people’s requests,” Feng stated.
Although her job sounds interesting and unique , yet many people expressed their doubt on the sustainability of this unusual job.
