Another victory for Bharata Janata Party in Arunachal Pradesh state. BJP bag 102 out of 130 seat panchayat election held in Arunachal Pradesh state. Another 14 seat were secured unopposed by Congress, NPP and independent Collectively.
According to the data show by BJP Tawang , West Kameng, East Kameng, Pakke Kessang, Kamle, Upper Subansiri, West Siang, Upper Siang, Namsai, Siang, Lower Siang, Tirap, Changlang and Longding are the district bagged by BJP unopposed candidates in panchayat election. In Kurung Kumey, the BJP won five seats unopposed, while its ally NPP won one seat.
“Congratulations and thanks to all karyakartas, supporters and sympathisers for electing 102 @BJP4Arunachal candidates unopposed in bye-elections to 130 Gram Panchayat Constituencies of Arunachal Pradesh.” Chief Minister Pema Khandu tweeted.

Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein said that the victory is an outcome of the people’s confidence in the BJP Government at the Centre led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi as well as the State Government.
