There have been many instances in the past where several police personnel were suspended for going viral for all the wrong reasons.
Recently four female police constables landed into similar trouble and were suspended after a video of them dancing to a Bhojpuri song surfaced online .The four female officers were deployed as part of security at the Ram Janmabhoomi site .
The video had been widely shared on different social media platforms. As seen in the video ,the women constables were not in uniform. While one constable can be seen dancing in the video on a Bhojpuri song ‘Patli Kamariya Mori’, the other two constables was seen encouraging her with their gestures .
As per reports, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Muniraj G ordered the suspension of constables Kavita Patel, Kamini Kushwaha, Kashish Sahni and Sandhya Singh based on an inquiry report filed by Additional SP (security) Pankaj Pandey on Thursday.
