A case of weird demand in a Kidnapping case has come into light from Greater Noida where a man was kidnapped in exchange of his dog from the dogo Argentino breed. Unlike other cases the kidnappers didn’t demand a single penny as ransom but instead all they wanted was his dog.
As per reports the incident took place in Greater Noida’s Alpha2 area on Wednesday evening and three men from Aligarh have been identified in the kidnapping case as Vishal Kumar, Lalit and Monty. The victim named Rahul Pratap who lived in Unitech Horizon society was taken to Aligarh by the kidnappers.
According to Rahul’s brother Shubham , the three men reached their house and started demanding rahul to hand over their pet dog to them . Rahul declined their demand leading to arguments and soon after the kidnappers forcefully took Rahul into their Scorpio and fled from the spot .
According to reports ,one of the kidnappers used Rahul’s phone to call his family. He told them to hand over the dog or they will kill Rahul.
But later the men released Rahul near Aligarh after they got to know that a police case has been filed and cops have started searching for the kidnappers.
Meanwhile after getting released , Rahul reached Greater Noida in morning and reached the Beta-2 police station and filed a complaint against the three men.
A case has been registered by the police under Section 364 (kidnapping) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
