Covid-19 cases has been increasing daily in Northeast state. Another cases has been found in Arunachal Pradesh .
According to the senior health official on Friday as 43 more people tested positive for the infection, there are 101 new active cases he added.
The northeastern state, which had remained COVID-free for the last couple of months, witnessed a surge in fresh infections since July 1, State Surveillance Officer (SSO) Dr Lobsang Jampa said. He further added the coronavirus death toll in the state remained unchanged at 296 as no fresh fatality was registered in the last 24 hours. The recovery rate among the COVID-19 patients stood at 99.38 per cent.
According to the report shown on Thursday three has been recovered and 64,226 people recovered earlier from the disease so far in the state.
