A mother is always a mother . Even in the animal kingdom we get to witness the remarkable animal mothers who are always ready to fight fiercely even against her fierce opponent to protect her babies or can even sacrifice her life to give life to her babies.
That’s how strong the maternal instinct is even for animal or bird mother’s .
How strong can be a mother and how painful it can be for a mother to keep fighting against all odds to survive for her babies? Even if she knows she is losing her life yet she makes sure to use her body as shield for her babies even after her death.
A similar kind of example was witnessed through a video posted on Twitter by a user named Vaibhav Mishra. Although the timing and location is still unclear but from the video and the caption it is assumed to be in Delhi . In the short video a pigeon mom is seen lifted by a man from her space and beneath her wings lies her baby . The baby moves but sadly the mother lies motionless . It is then we get to know that the mother was froze to death because of the bone chilling winter but she managed to keep her baby alive beneath the warmth of her body.

The cold wave continues to hit the national capital with dense fog lowered visibility to just 25 metres, hitting road, rail and air traffic movement, officials said. According to reports, around 15 flights were delayed and one flight was diverted due to bad weather, officials at the Indira Gandhi International Airport said.
