In order to answer the customer queries and address their issue of inflated monthly electricity bills in the state, Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) has released helpline numbers .
As per reports , APDCL has informed that the customers can register their complaints by contacting on the number 1912 and moreover through WhatsApp on the number 7575999666 ,they can also register their grievances regarding rising monthly dues .
Assuring quick resolution of any complaints registered on the helpline numbers , APDCL informed about amendments in the bills followed by investigation of the complaints.
