Tourist footfall has started since the reopening of the Kaziranga National Park . Following a two-year hiatus owing to the Covid pandemic, the elephant safari at at the World Heritage Site, Kaziranga National Park in Assam opened for tourists on Wednesday, November 2.
Hence with the opening of the season, domestic and foreign tourists are seen flocking Kaziranga National Park. In addition to the enthusiasm , a vintage car rally organized by European and African tourists with 18 cars & 2 motorbikes reached Kaziranga in Assam and will spend two nights at the National Park.
According to reports ,39 foreign tourists arrived in Kaziranga National Park, Assam in 15 Vintage Cars. The tourists are from England, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany etc. The Vintage Car Rally has already covered 3,500 km through Bhutan. The rally will move to Bangladesh after visiting beautiful places of North East India.
