Sheena Singhania a native and a chef from shillong was able to grab a spot in the top 10 Bakers. Sheena, a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in New York City, is also the owner of the Pearl Boutique Bakery and has successfully been operating since the beginning.
The list of Top 10 Bakers was announced by Cake Masters Magazine India which will be presented at Cakeology Fest to be held from 23rd to 25th of September this year.
Taking to Instagram, She wrote: “A cake master magazine award is one of the most prestigious awards a baker could wish for and I’m so happy to announce that pearl cakes have been awarded top ten cake artist of India 2022 by @cakemasters. Thank you for this recognition! I only aim to get better with time @sheenasinghania. Congratulations to all the other bakers. Your work is brilliant”
The awards were first introduced in 2012 which is also known to be the longest-running and largest in the industry. Cake Masters Magazine Awards gives a platform where artists are recognized and celebrated across certain categories in cake decorating and sugar artistry.
